I attended a For-Profit, Private institution for Massage Therapy Education that is fraudulently stealing from students. It was not properly accredited and they knew that it wasn't. It trained local businesses to procure students and took funds from them, and now is in multiple states with each of these states having students reporting this establishment not providing the education they market to the public. This business has ignored and dodged all of my emails, as well as other students that are in contact with them. Each student paid at least 8k to be a part of this program. I was told that I would graduate on May 30th 2022 and I wasn't graduated still in September. Then when I finished I was told I couldn't get my medical license and sit for boards despite paying the $350 fee to the state boards (which couldn't be refunded). The school ensured their students that we would be refunded in November 2022, which then when I still had not heard anything I reached out repeatedly and last month was told they were "trying to fix things" and would not be issuing refunds. There is multiple reviews on google from students who say this is a scam, despite the partner institution and the business that I was enrolled through neither doing their due diligence for credibility. There is a feed on reddit of students sharing that they were scammed and asking for help. They have stolen $8761 in student loans from just me alone, and this feed is up to 16 other students (that I know of) in the states of NJ, VA, OH, AZ etc. The states that they do have accreditation the students that do pass don't even have a quality enough education to even pass the boards for their states. Please please help me. They are currently trying to rebrand to not face consequences for this.
