i ordered 2 of the 360 degree rotating folding hooks. they are good for light objects like kitchen utensils, but i was planning on using them more as a cup holder for coffee mugs as we have little kitchen space. For this they weren't strong enough. Rather than pay a lot to return them 'overseas' to the manufacturer, I accepted $15 refund on a $30 order, which satisfied me. The people that replied to my emails were always polite and prompt.

I, like others here, ordered the bathroom sink drain plug. When you depress it, it does not go down far enough to stop the water and it cant be adjusted. It is a piece of garbage. Having read all that is printed here, my only avenue is to go through my credit card company. Also Facebook will here from me big time for allowing the likes of these people to advertise on their site. Not happy.

I reluctantly agreed to a quick free trial of some "diet pills"; as it was pay postage only Now twice a month i am copping $200.00AUD plus charges on my credit card. There is no paperwork or anything sent with the pills and i have no idea as to how to contact them. Can anyone help?

We ordered a “warming” scarf through Betywig (Morning Fast Media) which, unfortunately, did not mention that a portable power supply was needed to use the warming capacity. This power pack was NOT included! Deceptive advertising at its best!

Before purchasing the items for $19.97, I reviewed your return Policy which said that you accept return of products and customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery of the product. I have provided to you all requested information. I have the original packaging. I have provided you with a receipt of proof of purchase. I will state for the last time that I want to return the items and have my money refunded. I do not want vouchers. Your Return Policy states that your customer service will provide us with the right address to return the items.

Our product is same as our description,we already wrote its size in description.Actually,if you return it to us without any quality problem ,you should pay for the shipping ,it is not worth to do that.

I ordered sink plugs. They arrived and did not fit the standard American sink, but were shown to just slide right in. I complained and was told I would have to send them back to China for higher postage than what I paid for them, $32. They agreed to reconstruct them for me, then rescinded that offer and only gave me $12 back. This is a SCAM! They were thru francici.com.

I too ordered the sink plugs that did not fit the standard American sink. They told me the same thing as you and have offered me a $6 voucher to use at their store. They will not provide me with a return address, only that they are abroad. I purchased the sink plugs through Kavarro.com. Now they are offering to refund me $6 when I spent $19.97! SCAM!

I bought a kitcen chopper 40.28$ , have not recieved it .
Tried to contact Morning Fast Media, they send me some info about the shipment and claim the shipment is here in Israel. I asked them to give me Tel or email of the delivery company.. did not answer.
Asked to to send another one , they wanted 15$ .. don't belive them.
They stopped respond to my email.

I bought what was supposed to be a drain hair collector. It didn't fit. At first they tried to extort a $10 reshipping fee. The offered a $13 refund on a $20 order. The final offer was a full $20 refund if I gave the a good review. What a scam company.

I’m in the same boat as all these others here. My order was in March for silicone chair leg protectors. I got tracking information that suddenly stopped and after some weeks with no information and seeing bad reviews on the product I ordered some good ones elsewhere. It was way into June when their order finally arrived. I emailed that I wanted a refund and kept being offered a small refund or a percentage off another order (like I would ever order from them again). I told them I was going to ship it back and wanted my refund then since I had placed my order and paid them in good faith. They said they’d have to wait until they got my package back. I shipped it the way the USPS told me to and now the package appears to be lost in China somewhere - shocker. I’m going to go to my bank and see if they can do anything. Horrible company.

I ordered 2 exercise shirts back in February 2020 and still not have received the items. I have sent them several emails and they said they would refund me my money but still have not received anything from them and now they are not responding back to my emails.

On August 7 2020 I ordered and paid for a spectacle case for my car, but it has never arrived. Its unnamed "Support" person has stated in its emails to me "that the parcel couldn't be delivered". However, I was home on the day stated and no card was left in my mailbox. I suspect they have a bogus tracking site as the 2 tracking numbers provided by its unnamed "Support" person could never be accessed, and there has been no response to the phone messages I left for its tracking service.
It seems that Movingfast Media Limited will do everything in its power to frustrate a resolution with anyone who asks for a refund. Indeed, although I have asked for a refund on several occasions, it has refused to reimburse me in full. Instead, it has offered a US$2.8 (AU$3.87) deduction because of its own shipping costs, but any refund wouldn't be payable until the package has reached Hong Kong. This isn't good business ethics when one considers the original payout to Morningfast Media was US$28 (AU$38.68)!
It has to be said that Morning Fast Media limited have given me the run-around via numerous emails, for well over a week. Nobody from its "Support" team ever phones, and enough is enough. I trust that this review is helpful.

These people obviously have a very, very bad reputation. Wish I had know this before I bought anything from these scam artists! I also asked for a refund but these [censored] and they had the balls to offer me $7 from the $20 that I originally paid. I requested a full refund and because it shows in transit they cant do that. 3 months I've been waiting. I really hope these scam artists get whats coming to them!

Ordered 2 tubes of mold removing gel, of course after 3 months it never arrived. Their bogus tracking site says the parcl is in Canada but Canada Post site shows it never left China. They asked me to wait a bit longer everytime, refused to reimburse but now offered be $5 because shipping costs a lot ($6.99) on a $50 deal...

Careful they also deal under different names... Gadgetcab (the sellers), Leite Network Technology Co., Ltd. (the ones that cashes your money) and Morning Fast Media limited ( the ones giving you the run-around via email).

At least Paypal reviewed the case in my favor today and i will get my money back.

Those 3 companies are as crooked as an old apple tree.

I ordered a Ashton Drake dolls (twins)from them. Payed 130 some dollars for it for my grandaughter who is struggling with her parents divorce and that's was gonna be her comfort.. the money came out of my account didnt receive anything until I kept contacting them. Kept telling me its on its way .2 months later u receive a dollar store doll in a damaged box. Only one baby.. that maybe woukd cost me 5 dollars for if I bought from a store. Didn't look anything like the pictures they posted if the twins i was suppose to get. O have emailed them several time and asked for a refund. All I get was they offer me 20 dollars to spend at there business only.. why would I wanna buy anything else from them.. i have emailed rhem back again today demanding my money back. Or I would take further action with them. I havent heard back from them yet. Any ideas on how to move forward or did I just spend 130ish dollars on a 5 dollar baby doll? Posting pics of what i ordered the twins and what i got. A 5 dollar baby doll.
