3 weeks ago I placed an order with this Wretched company for a pair of Bose Tempo Audio Glasses They confirmed my order with my Address here in Australia. They later said the order had been sent to NSW but was now having it Directed to me here in Melbourne. Still has not been delivered, so has been sent back to place of origin. I realize my mistake now. Number 1 will never purchase anything off Facebook again. 2 If it sounds to good it obviously is. How these mongrels get away with this is beyond me. I have never in my 76 years seen so much Scam. Don’t know how they sleep at night. I am done with this firm. Scammers need to be found and dealt severely with.

I placed an order for two power boards, however when the parcel arrived, it contained nothing but five packets of pieces of plastic, nothing that resembleds power boards. I therefore assume that this is a scam.

Never buy from this company

I purchased power board organiser. All looked good on video. They came came today. 4 pieces of plastic, have no idea how to use them. No instruction, and company have disappeared. Cost me $50 AUD. I can’t believe I fell for this scam as it was on a so call reputable media site

False Advertising

Guys, you’ll need to beware of the dirty tactic this company uses. I ordered 3 bottles of yellow stain remover for shoes. The order took awhile to deliver.

In the video, it shows that the gel will turn to foam and yellow stain will be removed. But it’s not meant to be. I put the gel onto the shoe but it didn’t foam. I left it for 2 hours (suggested 1-3 hours) and nothing happened. Instead, the shoe is damaged as the yellow stain became orange colour and it looks so bad!

I asked for a refund but they wanted me to pay for the shipping cost to return the products. I refused.

I’ll be lodging a report to the Hong Kong and China authorities for this fraud for false advertising. My bank will also take action on their end to get back the refund. I’ll never trust online shopping anymore because these [censored] always got away with it! It’s easy money if you ask me!

I’ll also report them to the web hosting company. This is just so ridiculous and I am really pissed!

They had an ad on Instagram I purchased a cross and earrings I never received. They want me to be partially responsible for the cost to re-deliver and they expect for me to pay they are a scam I paid with PayPal because PayPal is guaranteeing delivery or refund none of which they are willing to give it to me

I bought a pair of sandals and when these arrived, for my surprise, they were too small and had a terrible quality. When I contacted their service desk, they told me that the shipping costs to me to return it, would be too expensive as they are based in India. II argued that it was a manufactor defect, and they told me that as long the defect doesn't affect the use of the product, it is not under their warranty. I paid US$34.44 for the sandals in the photo, which by the way, doesn't fit me although the size number is the same of my other shoes.

After having sent couch repair sheets on 2 different occasions I ordered another. They sent it to the wrong address! They kept saying that it was "...signed for..." but failed to say who signed for it. I've given up and want to shame their company and make certain nobody else gets cheated.

Ordered a drain plug thru Francini never arrived. They said they would refund me. Never happened. I kept complaining and they said keep checking your account it was refunded. Now they tell me I received the drain plug no refund allowed. I asked for proof of delivery. They said check my neighbors. What neighbors? They have no good answers. They are pure scam. Pure [censored]. Emails are very rude. They have no phone.

In Feb 2021 I ordered the Felt Table Chair Protective Covers - I paid $54 for 36 - they do not stay on the chair legs and the felt pads are already tearing off - I contacted the company and after several emails, they offered a $12 refund - I will never buy anything from them again
