I've called MooMoo's customer service each time, multiple times, including today, but I keep getting the same unhelpful explanations. I've lost hundreds of dollars because of this issue, which I really can't afford. It's frustrating to see them unwilling to even check if something could be wrong with their system. This is what ultimately leaves me to believe that it's all a scam with this particular company. There are other companies I've used before such as Webull, and ThinkorSwim, And I will be going back to the spot platforms however Moo Moo needs to be held accountable because if they took almost a thousand dollars from just me, I can imagine how much others have lost.
