I ordered a toy for christmas and it never came. Impossible to track shipping or get in contact with anyone. The umbrella company was in London and dissolved in dec 2023.

I purchased a toy in the website. The order was confirmed via email. Another email followed shortly after stating the order was delayed. Another email arrived with a tracking number. The shipment originated in China, and the tracking number was with “Yun Express”. I never received the package. It has been 29 days since I ordered.

I placed an order through Instagram on Dec 10, 2023. I was charged and it claimed it would ship in 3-5 days and deliveries fast. Never came, I contacted the company via chat option several times. They did not respond. I emailed and they never responded. I finally chatted with them and they said product was delayed but was coming but gave me know proof of it.I believe this is a scam and this is the 2nd one for me going through Instagram. I think Instagram needs to vet their advertisers better.
