Seeing their ad on tiktok, I purchased the Polygel starter kit from Mobray (mobray.shop) at $19.95 with a $3 discount. I received a confirmation email with order number saying I would receive an email when shipped out with tracking information. It's been well over a month now and nothing. I've sent them 5+ emails now to [email protected] with no response. I'm out $19.95.
