On June 13th I placed a $350 deposit in a $500 Morkie I was told by Randell would be available ending of July...I have contacted him several times just to be told its running late...here we the ending of Sep he post same dog on his page when I called to find out if that was my dog I was told they were the more expensive Morkies and I would have to pay more for them... When I ask about the Morkie I placed the deposit on he said that breeder was running a special and dogs have not come in yet... I asked for a refund text him my recipt and have yet to receive a refund... I will be posting on all social media platforms and contacting the news to prevent someone else from going through this because I could have avoided this mistake by just finding this page sooner...

I sent 700 dollars for a female yorkie on 5/20/22 was supposed to get my puppy on July 15th, never received puppy, he asked if I would give him until of the month and still never received it. I told him my story of me going through cancer, being a bad diabetic, and a severe asthmatic. And I needed an emotional support animal. He kept giving me all kinds of stories, my friend told me about him. He was supposed to get hers May 30th but never received it. And he owed her money as well he kept apologizing but every time a different lie and story he kept saying he and his girlfriend Asia also Lovepawz stating she was his business partner. He has changed his number first one was 704) 246-4608 and it went to 908) 334-5754. I sent him the money thru zelle. His is a complete liar and scammer.. I wanted to believe him because he kept saying he was a Vet with PTSD and anxiety. I asked for my money back and he kept saying he had to sell the puppy first. I am a struggling single mom of two. And I would not usually do that this but I trusted my friend who sent her money. All he kept saying was trust the process. He stated that he and his girlfriend had move to a bigger house because he was actually going into breeding.

My story/complaint mirrors yours. He has blocked me. I'm in the process of filing a civil suit and am just researching to see if there are others and of course there are many. This man broke my heart because I've communicated with him for years and believed in him as he was a son of mine.

Worst Experience ever

On October 1st I decided I wanted a puppy from Mr Henderson. But I changed my mind on the type of puppy and was promised a same day dog November 18th. I NEVER GOT THE DOG. so I asked for a refund from December 18th 2021 I had just found I’m expecting a child. He said he’s going to process the refund and sell the puppy keep in mind he told me that the lady never came through with the dog so how are you goi g to resell. Just to keep a long story short I was behind this man for 6 months he stressed me out with his nasty [censored] attitude almost my entire pregnancy.
Just advise take drastic measures and you will get your refund. I didn’t even my best friend decided to go on his page to show everyone what type of man he was if it wasn’t for my best friend I would’ve have never got my refund. Keep in mind he still owes me $50! And he told me to shut up! And he don’t care and I’ll get my money (still don’t) …. Honey keep your money don’t buy a dog from him he’s rude asf and a major liar!
Oh and don’t try to write your horrible experience online he’s going to gaslight Df out of you or delete it then block you … but says he don’t care but really and truly do
He’s very Womanish! And feel like he only does this to women
But one day he’s going to run into the right one about their money!

I was interested in buying a Shih Tzu puppy from him back in December. I saw them on Tiktok and was told to message them on Instagram. I chose the puppy I wanted and sent $400. His gf told me that the printer was out of ink so she couldn’t print me a receipt at that moment. 1st red flag. Within the next 2 weeks I sent the remaining $200 via cashapp. I split it up because I was due to have my daughter in February with his gf. I sent the money and had to literally message and call them back to back. They eventually stopped answering my calls and responding to my text messages. I got a new number and messaged him and he messaged right back because he didn’t know it was me. He’s agreed to give me my money back because I never got a puppy but he just absolutely will not. He only added and messaged me on Tiktok because I kept commenting asking for my money back.

I gave him $400 on 9/8/21 for a puppy. To this date I have not received my puppy or my refund that I have request over 30 times. I also send money to him on Cashapp Trwoodland He keeps giving excuses I have the texts and receipt and his drivers license. I have tried to be patient but enough is enough . He needs to be healed accountable. We all need to take him to court.

Seller, Randall Henderson, who owns business named "Mobpawz" on Facebook charged $800 via zelle (used his mother, Trena's zelle account to receive the money - registered on zelle with phone number 980-263-4728). Provided a receipt of $800 with a promised date for the puppy to be delivered on 8/02/2021. Multiple communication attempts have been made by me to check on the status of the puppy. Seller would occasionally reply and ultimately I asked for a refund at the end of August after still not receiving the pet as promised. Randall then promised that he would refund me (via texts and phone calls) by 9/20/2021. To this date, I have yet received my puppy or the $800 refund after 3 months of waiting. I requested for my refund from his mother, whom I sent the money to, she declined. Randall still unable to give a date for refund.
