singed for a service to track my cell phone, the website read that I would be charged $0.10 USD (ten cents) which I agreed to, then they charged me $49.80 I

there is no phone # to call but when I disputed the charge I was referred to another website '[email protected]' which is a virtual assistant. The charge was from Hong Kong Soouya Tec
