A purchase was made and tracking was provided. The package said delivered after 3 weeks but I never received the package. I contacted the compant and they said they were resending it. The same thing happened. Tracking said delivered but no package arrived. Was told to check with the neighbors. They said they cant give a full refund but they secured a 70% refund. Nothing out of this yet.

I thought I was getting heydudes for a good deal. It showed they were being shipped, and money came out of my account, but nothing came after a month of waiting for the shipment to say delivered.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes which they initially said would only take 7-14 days to arrive. Waited over a month and they still weren't delivered. I sent an email to the company in an attempt to locate the package to be told it was delivered when it never was. They offered to reship new shoes at no cost to me and told me again 7-14 days and its been well over a month with no package being delivered. They are now refusing to give a refund or anything.

Placed order on website. The tracking information showed it was delivered, i received nothing. Contacted the company who at firat requested I check with neighbors etc to make sure it wasn't misdelivered, not the case. They agreed to send another packgage which shows delivered and yet again i have received nothing.

So please stay away from companies that offer liquidations especially without doing your homework like I did. I did not look into this business was just too excited about the cheap prices and it kept telling me that it was being delivered and never got delivered I would contact customer service and they said they was going to try to send out another shipment and once again it said that it was delivered and it most definitely was not. So then I contacted them and tell them that I was going to be reporting them to the better Business bureau and they tried to offer me 70% of my transaction back and I was like absolutely not I don't care if it was a dollar $5 ,$500 I'm still reporting you! So after I tell them that I was going to be reporting them they then email me back said that they were going to give me my money back and when I looked at my debit card 5 days later they sent me $10 back I mean at least I got something but it's still the point! So please just be careful and do your homework!
