Ordered product that included a $35 shipping fee. When product had not arrived sent inquiry on status. Was told product was being held until we paid an additional $100 the was allegedly refundable. They said it wouldn’t be released until we paid the $100 and that “It’s refunded upon delivery of your package … meaning it’s the owner of the package that’s responsible for the payment”.

When I responded “Again, where's it stated that after paying your order will be held hostage until buyer sends another $100 that is ALLEGEDLY refundable.” they went silent.
