Jessica Brown who was Microsoft support team engineer was running and scanning my computer for viruses. She transferred me while I was on the phone with her to a Chase bank fraud department agent. A man answered and said ‘my name is Mike, how can I help you?’He further verified me. He said the phone number displayed on his end doesn’t match what’s on the bank’s record. Therefore he will further verify me with my SSN and my DOB.I did! He walked me through my bank account withdrawal process and to then deposit into a crypto account. He said this the safest way the bank can secure my funds and not let the hacker get hold of my money. The process was completed and Mike said to call him back next Monday for an update to get my money back from Chase bank. He left his contact number as 205-301-8057.

Follow up next Monday: No one answered the phone. I called Jessica’s phone at Microsoft 855-390-0680. She didn’t answer my call. I dialed the second and third time to no avail. I then looked up Chase bank Fraud department phone number to speak to someone. An agent answered and listened to all my frustration and said I was scammed. I was crying and could not believe what just happened.
