Ordered item from Megean.com; the order was (ostensibly) sent out from China, and I was then provided a tracking number for the 17TRACK website. When it first showed up as "Delivered" on the site but the package was nowhere to be found, I reached out to customer support and was assured that they would re-send the order. Once again, the order eventually showed as "Delivered" but there was no package to be found. No clarification on what US carrier was used after the package arrived stateside (if anything was ever sent out at all), and customer service stopped responding.

I ordered from Megean.com, a travel case for $39.35 using PayPal. The next day PayPal emailed me that the seller (NOT megean.com), Paula Andrea Duarte León, email address- [email protected], changed the purchase price to $45.25. I attempted to contact Megean.com to inquire. The telephone number provided, 323-942-4054 is not a working number. I email then using a link on their website and received back from that same email address this msg: Dear customer, how are you? This isn't our order. We don't have PayPal payment. We only support credit card payment. Thank you for your understanding. Wish you a happy life The original confirmation receipt I received from the merchant shows the transaction complete using PP! It has been six days and the tracking info Megean.com provided shows no product being shipped.
