I recieved a call and the woman stated she worked with Medicare and she asked me if I had any questions about Medicare.  I did, so I told her yes and asked when I needed to re-apply.  I think she just wanted to record me saying yes.  It was a very short call.

I recieved a call from Taylor L. who claimed to work for Medicare.  He was very pushy and rude.  He told me Medicare was going to send me a new Medicare Card and asked me for my social security number and Medicare card number.  I refused to give him this information. I could hear a lot of other people talking in the background and phones ringing.

Claiming they are medicare. Had information about doctor, and address. Was saying had new card in a box because 20,000 medicade card were stolen and then was going to give supervisor. After hanging up they called back several times and said they would cancel medicare if i didnt talk to her. Was very rude and persistant after saying i would discuas this with my mother she said no. Called back on multiple different numbers:

I wanted to report a scam call I received. I answered a call on my cell phone yesterday at 9:50 A.M. My caller ID showed phone number 440-707-4613. It was a live person. The caller stated they were from Medicare. Wanted to know if I got my new Medicare card. I replied no. I already have my card. I think they said something like sorry they were supposed to have gone out about two weeks ago. They gave my mailing address. I confirmed my mailing address was correct. I felt uncomfortable about the call and hung up. I think if I stayed on the line they would have asked personal information. Normally I don't answer. I could not see who was calling. Then I was watching Good Morning America today. They talked about scam calls and not to say yes. Trying to use yes reply for things. I did not call the number back.

Received a call indicating a new Medicare Card was being issued that had to be laminated. They wanted the number off the old card for the new card. I refused. Confirmed with Medicare that Medicare is not doing that.

I don’t know if anyone lost money. This is about someone using our phone number (redacted by ScamPulse.com staff) and calling people. One person did say they said it was Medicare. People are calling us and saying that we just called them. This has been going on for over six days and we receive about 12 calls a day from people saying we have called them. We don’t want to change our phone number as it is connected to our business.

I received a phone call today that my Medicare card expired yesterday. They asked if I had my card with me and I said no. And she said why not and I said because I don't trust you. Then she hung up.

Caller asked if my husband had received the braces we ordered. I said we did not order any braces. He said we could get them free of charge. I hung up on him. The next day there were 2 charges to my B of A card, $100 that was charged and $421 that was denied. I am unsure how they got my charge number!!

I keep getting calls from someone claining to be with Medicare stating I qualify for Medicare. I know I don't - I'm only 50. I told him that and he angrily said I did and asked for my social security number.

I keep getting phone calls from non-americans who say they are calling from Medicare. Usually I just hang up. Today I asked what do you want? She said my medicare card has been disqualified and I need a new number to use for my doctor. She told me to get a paper and pen to write down the new number. That's when I hung up.

Got a call from Medicare at 540-344-7670. The woman did not give me her name but said she worked for medicare in Roanoke and wanted to know if I got my new medicare card. I told her no and she then asked for my card number.

Received an automated call from a female with an Australian accent. Call was about Medicare part A&B. I know all of my correspondence with them is done through their government website. I never get calls, automated or otherwise from Medicare. I thus hung up believing it to be a scam attempt.

Consumer called in about a call that she had received 5 times from someone named Singh claiming to be from Medicare. The consumer said that the person was asking for information regarding the Medicare card and said that they needed to update it. Consumer mentioned that the person who was calling sounded like they had a middle eastern ascent. Advised the consumer to not give them any information.

Multiple calls from different numbers..caller has my name and states he is calling from Medicare, then asks if I am having back pain and proceeds to tell me about something free. I have blocked many numbers - but it just continues.
