Through TikTok, I found a website that led me to hooma. I bought an icemaker for 39.99. They have their own tracking website and they keep saying that the item couldn’t be delivered for some reason or another and they still haven’t delivered my package since July.

Placed an order for an item that was listed as $39.99. Received confirmation and tracking information. Once item was released from customs it stated when I should receive purchased item. As of today I still haven't received it. It's been one excuse after another to why I haven't received it. First it was the vehicle broke down. Then there was couldn't access my home. There is no access to be granted. My driveway is open to a single family home. Then it was an event causing a delay. There wasn't an event in our area. Then it was misrouted. Next it was a label damaged issue and now operational disruption. I've emailed them numerous times. The last time I've asked for a refund due to all the delivery excuses.

Was on tik tok and they advertised overstock on ebikes from hooma for $80 and card processing fee totalling $82.99 and shipment and receiving within 5 days. Now it says its internally shipping and overseas currently which definitely would take way longer than days mentioned, and they keep attempting to charge my card other fees etc now and takes me to fake hooma tracking site which only showing tracking with email not my number and original tracking number is completely different then the tracking site when out email in.

Ordered & paid for Swivel chair set from this company on TikTok. Emails continue to state issues with delivery, roads, truck breakdowns, etc.

I ordered a magnet planner, I sent the money, but I been getting false tracking information about my package, and just 2 days ago they sent me an email with an update they said the driver told them that they didn't have the right building code, and I know that's a lie cause I live in a house.

As you can see it says delivery attempt but nobody showed up at all. A month worth of waiting and still no package, its a red flag.
