The company claims to be selling a box of face masks for $50. They promise to ship fast and say you will receive them between 3 to 6 days. I order box of mask May 13th 2020. Not received anything as of this day June 3, 2020. It seems to be a scam and their site look real and I fell for it. They got me!

I fell for this scam too. I contacted the name of the company in Brownsville, Texas, the CEO said:

The use of the NovaLink address in the Medical Toolkit advertisement was not authorized by NovaL]ink, and NovaLink is not affiliated or associated with Medical Toolkit. NovaLink does not have, and never has had, any relationship with Medical Toolkit. We have notified the web host as well as the Better Business Bureau and requested to remove any reference to our address in the advertisement and photos of our facilities to avoid any confusion with our company. We wish you the best in recovering any amounts paid to Medical Toolkit.

I filed a BBB complaint in Houston, a dispute with Paypal (who are useless), and American Express.

I emailed Medical Tool Kits about 10 times several the day of my order in which I continually cancelled my order.

Once they got contacted by PayPal they are shipping something vise my constant request for a refund!

This company is NOT FDA approved as they said on their advertisement. I contacted FDA for verification.

The company claims to be selling a box of face masks for $50. They show lots of other products on their web site. They promise to ship fast and say you will receive
them between 3 to 6 days. It shows how many boxes are left in stock. Everything looks legit with contact info, a refund policy, and good Reviews. Uggg! Why can't these [censored] find good things to do to help, rather than scam?! ?

Company is selling face masks. It is definitely a scam!! Using people’s names on Facebook as a good review, but check further and all reviews are bad and they have not received product nor have I. Address doesn’t match company nor does phone number.
