The scam was for a doctor bill from 2012 to Michelle Bertsch,MD. They claim I owe $5000 for a service and now it went to an attorney for collections. They sent me paperwork to sign to settle for $1500 ( I cannot pull up the paperwork anymore) They had my name, address, social security number, and birthday. I called both the hospital and the Dr. and I owe nothing. I have not received any bills and I have since been to the doctor but was not advised of an outstanding balance. I reported it to the Mooresville Police Dept and Nathan Turner had hits of scams with the name. The phone number was not traceable and the website had a private residence IP address.
