Outdoor playhouse swing sets

Ordered a outdoor playhouse on 9/15/25 and they even sent an email for discount for 1st time buyers. Received an email stating that the order was being processed. Tried to contact them a few days later and the website is gone. Email correspondence was returned as undeliverable, support is no longer available. Money lost $731.00

We purchased a gazebo on the website mazonvintage.com on 9/9/25. I emailed to inquire how the product would be shipped and received a reply quickly. On 9/16 I wrote again asking when the order would ship. I received a response on 9/16 that the order was ready and I would receive tracking info the next day. I wrote again on 9/22 since I did not receive tracking. The email bounced back as "does not exist" and the website is no longer active.

I ordered a swing set online and everything looked legitimate, including a confirmation email. When I didn't receive any tracking information within a few days, I emailed the customer support team and was told that a ticket was being opened and that I would hear back in 24 hours. The next day, the website was no longer available and I have been unable to contact anyone associated with the company for more information.
