I first saw the company on Pinterest, before placing an order, I checked to see if there was an actual website. I found the website Marnetic.com. I made the purchase, and I still have not received the product after over a month. I made several attempts on the listed contact email and received no response. I should have checked deeper and researched the company. I found out the company and website have a very low trust score, and it is more than likely a scam website.

Placed an order with them for a pair of Gaplocks. Received only one, not the pair I paid for. I complained to customer service the same day I received. I got a return email asking for pictures; I sent. Then I got an email asking me to check with my neighbors. I replied that the package was not missing, it just didn't have both items. I got a reply asking me to be patient while they check into this. That was three weeks ago. My latest emails are now being ignored.
