I received a 2nd text with a known lottery winner's name, Manuel Franco. The text is saying that he was giving out money. I googled it the first time and learned it was a scam so I decided to report it.

Yesterday night around 11pm at night

I received a text message saying that Mr Manuel [censored] his giving money to the people like donations or charity

I opened the text and I started reading it

And I show that the send this message to 3 phone number, I even don’t know those numbe, and I started text the number asking « who is this » but nobody answers

But this morning someone answers

Saying that he is Mr Manuel [censored] agent his name was key, said to send my personal information to get my money.

And he said after I finish to send my information, need to pay $2000 for the money to deliver to my address

It that moment it like someone told, it’s a scam imposter scams:

I googled the name and saw this has happened as a scam before

Someone claiming to be Manuel Franco (the person that won the power ball) is giving me and 2 others 250,000 dollars and all I had to do was send my name, address, DOB and a photo of my license to a different number! I messages what do I have to do and I had yet another message from a different number and his name was Timothy Craig Dale claiming to be the General Supervisor over Manuel’s money!

Last week this phone number text me stating they were Manual Franco lottery jackpot winner. This week Ethan Williams from California and his pastor said help people. Yeah he’s lying. So the number texting me seems to be addressed from the same building The Akron Savings & Loans Company is. Maybe it’s a leased office. The number I was to contact seems to be in a building where a post office is connected to it. There’s a parking lot on the other side that says law enforcement only parking and some other store. Location of that number is Near 281 E Colorado Blvd Pasadena California 91101 is what a reverse number look up said the Verizon phone number was located at that spot. So I looked it up on google. There’s also a Baby Boomers loans in this building. Seems like loan businesses are connected to this scammer and their accomplices.

4843780575 This number was part of last week's scam for me to contact to give my address to receive the $4000 check to get the $960,000 from Manual Franco from. I would be talking to either a John Martins or Mattins. He messed up typing giving me 2 differently spelled last names for the accountant.

Ok that number seems to be located to the address 357 E. Chestnut St. Coatesville, PA 19320 ScamPulse.com is MORE THAN WELCOME TO CONTACT ME with the information I have.
