ManPower Staffing Agency Imposter Reports & Reviews (1)

- Mentor, OH, USA

I was contacted via text by Manpower Staffing & Recruiting agency (Kennady) is the name she/he went by with a job offer. She just referred to the employer as " the employer,." and said that all communications from the employer from here on in would communicate with me via WhatsApp app. The "employer" (she had a name but I don't recall what it was) contacted me via WhatsApp within minutes, and said the remote position was with Booking.com and that I would go through a training first with her/he and she/he would guide me through the steps. The jist of the remote position was to initiate an evalutation for each hotel booking that Booking.com randomly would assign to me then, a submit button would appear that I would click on to enter the booking order as she/he called it, into an "algorithm system." So super simple that a 3 year old could do it! I was skeptical from the start, especially after she had me go online and create an account with bookingnvip.com where I would do the work & training and be able to view the payment schedule. It was a lot of money for just having to press 2 buttons. At this point, I just wanted to try her patience to see how far she would go. After all, if she was going to waste my time...I was going to give her a taste of her own medicine. The "training" showed your accumulated "profit" with each order submitted to make the "job" appear appealing and legitamite but BEWARE! During the "training" there was a lofty booking for over $2,000.00 and when I tried ot submit, it wouldn't let me. There was a negative balance in the "Asset balance" acct that also showed on the screen next to the "profit amount." The trainer said she would need to contact customer service to address the situation. She then responded and said she made a deposit to clear the negative balance yada yada yada...I began throwing a lot of questions at her since the things she was saying started to not make sense to me. I kept asking for clarification and the irony was that she kept asking me if I understood. The more questions I asked the more BS she came back with that was totally confusing. Although, when I asked why she had to contact customer service to deposit her own money, she was quite clear about letting me know that, that's what you have to do if you have a "combined order" in other words when hotels bundle with other hotels (in her words) which would create a larger profit that would sometimes put your account in a negative balance, then after the 40 orders you could withdrawal your money...yada yada yada! That totally did not make any sense at all so, I finally called her out on it & then, she screenshotted her deposit to Bitcoin and sent it to me bragging about how much money I made her from doing the "training." To boot...she/he was a terrible speller and gramatically incorrect in several of her/his communications with me. However, I'm grinning from ear to ear as I got the last laugh. After sending her the middle finger emoji, blocking her from my WhatsApp, and wasted all of her time... she didn't get one cent from me! :))
