They ship used and open boxed items from maisonette.com, basically returns from other retail store to make a profit. then when you receive a broken item they will say the vendor will send a replacement which will never make it to your home.

received a broken product… like other reviewer said- they will always reply to your email calming they contacted their vendor to replace that item. and like everyone else, i never received the replacement item, or refund, or another email to follow up. I lost $150.

this is a scam site be aware! their website doesn’t look like a scam BUT IT IS!
