Purchases items via website and receipt of purchase. Later received tracking information and item showes delivered but was never delivered. Upon contacting customer supporr they advises items were lost while in local transit and wouls only offer partial reimbursement even after multiple attempts. Company then said they would re ship if i submitted cc information and re purchased
