I ordered an engraved necklace on February first from made by me. I also ordered the item to be gift wrapped. On February 11th I reached out by email because the tracking wasn’t working and handed been updated. They responded February 12th saying it’s still processing and that it should ship soon. In this email I had asked for an updated tracking as on my end it still showed it had not been received. On February 16th I reached out again asking for the tracking information a second time and an update I was met with the same response that it was still processing and would hopefully ship soon. I was provided a tracking number this number again still said waiting to be received. On February 25 I filled a dispute with my bank as it has now almost been a month and the package has yet to ship. Made by me then reached out to me February 27th threatening me to cancel my dispute as “it will not go in my favor”.

I ordered a necklace on 2/7 it has a tracking on it the tracking says the shipping info was received but it was never shipped. I spoke with other customers who said the exact same thing some people spent over $100 on orders they never have received. The person who owns this company deletes all comments when people say they didnt receive their package they even have begged one lady that disputed the charge to undispute it and remove her report but she said she will not do it because they never even made her order. Everyone i have spoken with has said the same thing about this site. They market on tiktok , facebook, instagram and more. They are taking money and creating shipping information and never using it. We all want our money back because they have no intention of shipping us anything. I have screenshots of everything. From where i paid, my order to the other customers negative feedback to where i have attempted to contact them several times with absolutely no response whatsoever.
