You purchase the product but it never arrives. Then they try to charge a shipping fee, where there was no shipping fee charged for my product. The website states any order over $35 does not have shipping charges . It also states on my receipt that no shipping charge was incurred. They stated that they will deduct the $15 shipping charge from my purchase. Then they stated they would only deduct $12 for shipping charges. How can you deduct shipping charges for a product that was never received?
