On February 8, I purchased a Nintendo Switch from their Website http://m-x-c.ecwid.com/. They also have a store on Amazon M-X-C Tech Store. But they sell game systems on a website and have you purchase through bitcoin instead of US dollars so it makes the price hundreds of dollars cheaper on this web site. So I purchase the Switch and my Bitcoin cash is sent to the address and I'm corresponding with a Gary Thoma almost an entire day due to issues I'm having with the purchase timing out. When the purchase finally goes through the last thing he says is, "Your payment has been received and confirmed. Please as we make this order manually I need your full name and address, phone number, Thank you, Best Regards, Gary." I don't hear from Gary again after I send numerous emails until 2/13/19 Gary responds to my email and says "please be patient, more details will be provided within next 24 hours. Sorry for the inconvenience." And that's the last message I have received. Since then their website has been taken down. I have checked the internet and some other people have started a thread on Reddit lodging the same complaint on this company.
