I placed an order on their company website on 1-23-26 and made a payment using Afterpay. A few days later I asked to cancel the order and the company stated they will request the shipment canceled. About a week later, I checked the tracking status and saw that the shipment was canceled and the order was returned to the company. I then emailed luxe Megabag and asked for a refund and they stated on 2/9/26 they will process a refund. When I did not receive the refund a week later, I sent another email requesting status of my refund. They replied on 2/17/26 stating again that a refund was issued. To this date, I still have not received a refund!

This company sells carry on luggage that holds 10 days worth of clothes in one bag. They claim to have the items delivered within 12 days but the item never comes in. The tracking number they provide is fake and the item never ships at all. They claim to have 24/7 customer support but it took nearly a week to receive any response on any platform I.e. email or social media. You get a copy and paste response and then they never actually get back to you. I had to report it as fraud to my credit card company. They refuse to refund any money because the item has “shipped”. But in reality they have no plan on actually sending you what you paid for.
