Ordered from Luxe Research Lab (luxeresearchlab.com) but received tracking that didn’t update for several weeks. Opened dispute with PayPal then received product. Product was irritating and not usable for me so attempted to get a refund based on satisfaction guarantee on the website. Was told I’d need to send a picture documenting a reaction. Next was offered a 50% refund in 3-5 days if I keep part of order. It stings my nose eyes and skin so is unusable for me I’m trying to get a refund for over a week now, for the $46.71 I paid. Deceptive advertising.
