Social media, the Shopify store and the Luminoteeth company website show one product and claim to only ship within the US. They turn around and send knock off products that are much cheaper. All items come from china, ship to someone inside the us who turns around and slaps another shipping label on it and then sends it to you. Customer service, which you can email at [email protected], is less than helpful. You pay for “shipping protection” for $2.99 and they do not even give accurate tracking. FAQ says shipping is 7-11 days. Takes a month to receive.

I placed an order with luminoteeth.com on March 24 it was paid for through Shop and confirmed on March 25 I emailed them because tracking number did not work on April 4 they emailed April 5th saying my order is still being processed. I emailed them back on April 7 asking if it was coming from China because tracking email said it was shipped China post. On April 8th they said no they are proudly based in the US and all orders ship from within the United States. Which is a total lie I have tracking info now that it is in fact coming from China

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
