Said free trial not cancelled and I owe 180.00 they will give me discount where I pay 124.11. Keep calling me from different phone numbers for hours. Lotion was 60.00 another was 30.00 so I owe 90.00 since I didn’t cancel within 14 days I am being charged more. Now after today I will be charged 800.00 a month.

This is a falsifying add. They are telling me a year later I owe them mo ey for what I thought I signed up for was a free trial sample . I think I received the same thing as below. And told them I did not want it. And to cancel I thought it was free trial

I order tester for skin cream $5.95 shipping charge, the product cause eyes swelling so i discarded. 10 days later i was charged by 'Shamsuperlbubu (?) company $139 My bank said company refused to return money citing 'i have active subscription I continue dispute, company sent me email for 5 cancelled subscriptions - i never subscribed- each listing only order number and no other info: no cost, no name of product, no date. 10 days later my bank informed me the company refused to credit money and the charge $139 is back on my account, Scam 100%

A trial skin care line advertised as being Savannah Guthrie's. They then bill you on recurring credit card charges even though you didn't order any more product! Total scam. Then when you call to cancel, you get a run-around.

Not only a run around, I was put on hold for over an hour and then nothing. I still can't get this [censored], pardon my French, cancelled

I signed up for a free trial and thought that I was providing bank information to pay for shipping. I did not know that they were going to charge me $135.88 AND $139.92 for a subscription. If there was mention of this in the offer, the type must have been so small as to not be readable.

I saw that Savannah Guthrie had her own face cream on face book. Savannah Guthrie stated that was false she does not have her own line of face cream. It was fraud by using some one else's name. I have contacted the number given and sent an email requesting my refund. instead of the refund they took out more money out of my account.

Same thing happened to me. Luckily my bank called Lumere and intervened and got my money back. They were 'SO Sorry'
