An order was made to lovexxo with an address in Alabama and the order was shipped to houston texas. An email was sent to [email protected] in which the responder was [email protected] they responded they saw the issue but referred me to usps. They were unable to find the order due to my address not even being on the package. After several emails back and forth, they are rejecting a refund or even to resend the product. There is no other contact information and in researching, the address is a rented building with no phone number available
