I purchased an item in January 2026 and still have not received it. It has been eight months now. I have reached out to the company multiple times. They are avoiding me and have not responded. The tracking number they sent is dead. It never worked. It has said pending for eight months. I have reached out to them via email, phone, and Instagram comments and direct messages and have not heard anything back.
