Placed an order on lovanimode.com. Never received the order. However their tracking says it was delivered and it was never delivered. I made contact via email at [email protected] and they will not refund my money. Bc they now say they cannot be responsible for lost packages but there was never a package. I feel this was a complete scam. They didn’t send me a normal tracking number. I could never track the number they sent.
