Saw a pre Christmas sale online for LLBean. After I ordered, the confirmation email said it was from LLBean/US xin-chengl. For the next 2 months they responded to my emails, eventually said my package was delivered, which it never was. They said they’d try and track it for me, When I emailed them again today asking for an update, they blocked me and the website no longer exists. No phone number for the website.
