Do not buy from this company. They say they will allow you to return but they do not reply on Instagram or email like they say they well. Once you ask go return, they completely ignore you. It’s basically a scam and very unprofessional. Do NOT reply to the hiking vibes account.

I was contacted by @hikevibes to try their @livingstone brand hiking packs at a discount. I didn’t need a new pack, and they kept offering at more and more of a discount. I checked out their website and the packs got great reviews. I finally relented. The pack came and it was cheap, tiny and nothing like what was shown on the website. I contacted them on IG and via email asking for a refund. They offered more of a discount if I would keep it - but I had no use for such a cheap pack. They promised to email the address to return the pack and said they did, but they didn’t. Trust me, I checked my junk mail. This went on for almost a month. I finally got them to send the address so I could mail the pack back. They asked for documentation of tracking, which I sent. I sent them a note that it was confirmed delivered and they promised to refund the $. When they didn’t after 5 days, I escalated a complaint with PayPal and I was refunded by PayPal. Livingstone never refunded my money and I don’t believe they ever would have if PayPal didn’t intervene. I only wish I would have seen this page sooner.

I had a similar experience. The pack might be worth $12 at best. Looks more like a promotional product than a $116 dollar product. Very deceitful

I'd been contacted a couple weeks ago by Livingstone Brand about trying a pack. I don't need a pack, and they were offering a 20% discount which wasn't really enough. They were willing to come down to 40% and I said I could probably make that work at the next pay period. Well, they kept messaging me "Let us know!", "Just let us know when you can get the pack" etc etc, multiple times. I have other bills to pay and I refuse to spend my money on anything I don't need when I have other responsibilities. I told them so. They came back and offered 50% off. When I didnt respond for a day, they again messaged "Let us know!" and I started to wonder why a brand would need to know and message so aggressively about when I would be purchasing an item. So I googled and found this page. Then immediately reported them on IG and blocked them. Thank you!

The contacted me several times in Instagram and they offered a 70% discount. When I applied the code it did not work and they charged the complete amount TWICE!

THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING BY EMAIL AND HAVE STOPPED RESPONDING BY INSTAGRAM

HOPEFULLY NOBODY ELSE BUY ANYTHING FOR THIS SCAM

Same thing happened to me. When I reached out they told me they did not take the payment twice and that it must have been a banking error. I am still waiting for the second payment to come back in my account!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I hope you see this before you order from this company. They are a complete SCAM! They reached out to me and asked me to buy one of their packs and offered a 25% discount saying they wanted my opinion on it (I am an avid hiker and have several packs). I was hesitant, but thought I like to support a new company. The pack promises spots for a water bladder and hose as well as water bottles and compartments. ALL FALSE! The backpack is cheap as cheap gets and has none of those features. So I contacted the company through instagram and their company website email (several times) asking for a refund as promised on their website--30 day refund guaranteed. NO RESPONSE! Such a disappointment.

Despite being advertised as a water bladder friendly pack, there is nothing to hook the bladder on, nor is there an opening in the top of the pack for the hose to route through. Upon trying to return the product there is no link to initiate a return despite the website claiming 30 day returns. I reached out to Livingstone Brand through email and social media and no one has responded in 4 days. DO NOT BUY from these people.

I recently purchased this backpack because I was looking for something light weight and easy to travel with. This bag did just that. Today I completed my first hike with the bag and it did great on my 3+ hour hike! It was super easy to hike with and held everything I needed. This will definitely be my new hiking bag since it’s so easy to carry, not to mention it’s nice to have all the different pockets and compartments too!

This company will sell you a backpack that is not as it seems online. Then when you want to return it they stop responding. Don't purchase from them.

Was contacted on Instagram about purchasing this backpack. When I received the bag it was cheaply made and would not fit my needs. I tried replying to the [email protected] email listed as a contact in my email, but just got a bounceback saying the email doesn't exist. No other way to contact the company. I assume they get these bags at an extreme discount from China and then go silent when you try to return it.

I was initially contacted via Instagram messaging by @american_views who then asked me to send them an email to [email protected]

after back and forth email promising me 20% commission on a sale of their backpacks - they told me in order to be a brand ambassador I need to purchase one of their backpacks (offered at 25% discount)

when I declined their offer, they went silent.

Later, I read about similar scams and therefore reporting it here.
