I found Natalie Gartner of Little Miss Party Planner featured online in a news article (which later found out was planted) how she was helping couples get married during the COVID pandemic with her "Pop UP Weddings." I located all her social media, website, and emailed her a request for proposal. We spoke on the phone multiple times and she promised to plan the entire wedding including providing all the vendors needed (photography, makeup, table rentals, flowers, DJ, etc.) which would be "popped up" at a beach or any other location we'd like. We paid her half of the fees up front, and the second half would be due 1 month before the wedding. After we paid, she was extremely hard to get a hold of and we began to worry. She finally emailed back saying we should set up a phone call, which we did for a date the following week. However, she was never to be heard from again. Her phone was disconnected, her website torn down, her instagram deleted, etc. After further digging, her real name is Natalie Marengo and has a decorated criminal history. Beware of this crook!

Natalie Gartner claims to help brides with elopements in San Diego California and surrounding cities in California. She booked my wedding elopement and another brides on the same day, at the same time, and the same location and no showed on both of us leaving us stranded on our wedding days. I had paid her in full already a month before the wedding, so she took my money and didn't provide any services. She has changed her instagram handle 16 times in the last two years. When I booked with her she was under the name little miss party planner but has since changed it. She claims to have awards from places like the Knot which is a well known site for brides to use. She is scamming brides out of their money and in turn leaves you stranded with nothing on your wedding day.
