Scammed us. Google does not contain any reviews of this company and continues to push their company to the top of keyword searches regardless of how many people they've scammed. Google is bull[censored].

I ordered a lamp two months ago. It finally arrived yesterday. In addition to being incredibly cheaply made, it does not work at all. When I reached out to their customer support, I was told to engage an electrician and to check my outlets. When I said the lamp still does not work, they never responded to me to provide me with return instructions. I spent around $300 and feel really burned. Please save yourself the very bitter and painful experience and do not order from this place.

Litfad claimed their product was steel but is plastic. They also claim a guarantee but when I requested a return and refund the expect US to pay shipping return to China which results in a financial loss.

Misleading information in product ad. No customer service at all. As per product ad the chandelier width will be 37.5 inch; however I received a product which is 22.5 inch wide and they refused to refund for the wrong product. Actual product is not even close to the photo and description. Also the quality is extremely poor. offered 5% refund. Extremely unprofessional and fraud seller. Becareful before buying. I have all the proof.

DO NOT BUY. Like al the below, advertise amazing lights on their website, and they send JUNK, unsafe lights, poorly packed, with Manufactuing defects, then offer tiny discounts to appease you. When you aren't happy they say "well send it back to us and good luck with the HUGE shipping fees". Should be investigated for SCAMMING 100%, sorry if you are reading this after you bought something (like I did)...

-the lamp I bought took over 2 months to arrive.
-it was poor quality, definitely not worth the price. don't trust the fancy pictures!
-the plug was not adapted to my country
-and the lamp fitting was broken: when I tried to complain, they made it super hard to get a resolution.
never again!

I purchased a chandelier from the company NORDIC RECTANGLE PENDANT CHANDELIER CRYSTAL. I received the item which did not appear as it did on the website. I immediately contacted the company via customer support to request the option for a return of this item. The company immediately defaulted on her their return policy and stated that I am only entitled to 10% of money. It has has been a horrible experience and at this point I am unable to ship this item back to China due to the cost. I feel so violated and don't want anyone else to have this experience with this company. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THIS IS A COMPANY OF SCAMMERS as they do not abide by the policies stipulated on the online website.

I ordered ceiling lights from this company by the end of May. It was supposed to arrive by 06/21. It's already 7/13 and I still have not received the product. It was stated in the site that after 7/12, I can receive a full refund. I contacted customer service several times and they told me that they can't give me a refund since the product has been shipped. What a total scam! I felt like I was robbed.

LITFAD SOLD ME A BROKEN LIGHT. THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE OR REFUSED MY MONEY. Ive files a scam claim with the U.S. Trade Commission and dispute with VISA.

This company is the worst. After waiting three months for my order and being assured the order was on its way, I discovered that it had been returned to the company three weeks ago. They were not honest with me. When I confronted them with the shipping status that they couldn't be bothered to check, they first said that the address was wrong. Then they said they didn't know why the order had been returned. When I said I wanted my money back, they said they would either have to ship it again or the order would be destroyed at my expense. Luckily PayPal intervened on my behalf. Don't buy from them. i really wanted the lamps but I will NEVER purchase from them again. Check the horrible reviews all over the internet!

I purchased a ceiling fan from LitFad. It was much more cheaply made than described. On their website, they describe a return policy that allows a full refund minus return shipping. After 19 email exchanges, I have still been unable to receive a return shipping address or confirmation that refunds are even a possibility. There is no contact number listed and it appears to be a scam shell company for a Chinese group.

Product delivered in bad shape.
No return or refund issued. They wanted me to keep the product for 20% refund. Who would wanted to keep the product broken?
This company is a scam.
Please dont waste your money. I wasted over $1500.
I feel bad for the people burned by this company. They should be banned from USA..

This company Litfad has a website to order items. So I ordered a lamp from Litfad. I was contacted by e-mail that the lamp that I ordered was on a container ship name of ship company is Cosco shipping lines. Container 6294685290. ETA was April 14. Tracking number is

784976785180.

I tried contacting the company. I looked it up and alot of complaints came up about this company is not on the up and up. There were 92%

complaints.

Please be so kind as to investigate this company.

Sent a light fixture with literally no protective packaging, and it arrived shattered. Will not replace or refund unless i pay to ship it back to China. DO NOT order from them, customer service is awful!

My boyfriend and I purchased a new ceiling light on lit fads website. We ordered it and January and receiced it and the end of March. When we installed it and turned it on the light would t stop flashing. We even contacted our electrician to ensure all was installed properly. When we contacted the company for support they asked for pictures which we supplied but they wouldn't reaolve the matter, they just kept running us in circles. after two weeks of contact with them, only through chat and email because they would supply a phone number, we as for a full refund as per their "dead on arrival" policy online. Instead of processing the full refund, they offered us 5% of our money back. As I continued to ask for my full refund they increased the refund by 5%. At this point they're offering my 25% of my money back. They won't let me speak to a manager, they're chat support is not helpful and their email support is giving me the runaround. Online they claimed to be a Norweigian company but they are actually in China. Check online reviews.. They are stealing peoples money and sending them defective products.

I ordered something that was supposed to be a carpet in nice bright colors. I received a thing that looked like a cover made of cheap fleece. I sent already a lot of emails to the "support", the answer is always that I can't return the item (and not be refunded) if the correct product was delivered.
What can we do to stop this company?!

I ordered a light fitting in November costing 76 pounds . It still hasnt arrivedeven though it was supposed to have been dispatched on27th jan with a tracking number2741098004. Supposedly DPDUk are delivering but they have not received the parcel. Cant find any customer services online. Shocking service

I ordered a light on 01/22/21 for $440 dollars today is 3/1/21 and I haven’t heard from litfad at all so I chatted with someone and when i told them I wanted to cancel my other and to refund my money back the chat ended immediately

Litfad sent me a USA version product that doesn’t work in Australia. They admitted so and suggested I purchase a certain globe that we purchased and it simply blew. Electrician and Lighting shop confirmed it wasn’t compatible with Aus as a 110-120V doesn’t work in Aus.
They refused to send the correct item and won’t refund us.
We had to pay additional electrician fees and globe costs.
Wasted $350 and they don’t care.
Wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase from them. Don’t waste your money or time!

Do NOT buy from this company. I bought a $300 light fixture that took over a month to arrive from China. Where else of course. The instructions were two sentences with a diagram of the parts. It arrived with missing pieces. Contacted the company who said they would get back to me but their factory is closed for a month. So I basically wasted $300. It’s a ripoff. Electrician bought missing pieces to this item and he said it basically was made wrong. They tried replicating a light fixture the wrong way. Stay away from this company!

I have bought a light of EUR€257.29 in Nov 2020. There are 3 months since then and I cannot track the item, nor can the company. They offer no customer support no refund of the money. I am not sure what to do at this point. Extremely disappointed. It's my first time to be scammed. Completely unrealizable company, I recommend to avoid it!

Worst company ever.
Poor costumer service.
Long shipping. Still waiting for my order, already 3 months, no money refund, scam.
All products shipping from China.
So don't wait for good quality.
So sad that never read reviews before I did order.
No trust which this company.

HORRIBLE DO NOT TRUST!

This company is refusing to give back my money even though they shipped me damaged goods. The lights I received were flickering and smelled of burning plastic when lit. I requested a refund 2 days light and 2 months later I am still fighting to get my refund now through paypal! Will NEVER order from LITFAD again! They need to be SHUT DOWN!
