Litfad sent me a USA version product that doesn’t work in Australia. They admitted so and suggested I purchase a certain globe that we purchased and it simply blew. Electrician and Lighting shop confirmed it wasn’t compatible with Aus as a 110-120V doesn’t work in Aus.
They refused to send the correct item and won’t refund us.
We had to pay additional electrician fees and globe costs.
Wasted $350 and they don’t care.
Wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase from them. Don’t waste your money or time!

Do NOT buy from this company. I bought a $300 light fixture that took over a month to arrive from China. Where else of course. The instructions were two sentences with a diagram of the parts. It arrived with missing pieces. Contacted the company who said they would get back to me but their factory is closed for a month. So I basically wasted $300. It’s a ripoff. Electrician bought missing pieces to this item and he said it basically was made wrong. They tried replicating a light fixture the wrong way. Stay away from this company!

I have bought a light of EUR€257.29 in Nov 2020. There are 3 months since then and I cannot track the item, nor can the company. They offer no customer support no refund of the money. I am not sure what to do at this point. Extremely disappointed. It's my first time to be scammed. Completely unrealizable company, I recommend to avoid it!

Poor costumer service.
Long shipping. Still waiting for my order, already 3 months, no money refund, scam.
All products shipping from China.
So don't wait for good quality.
So sad that never read reviews before I did order.

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT. THEY CONTINUE TO EMAIL YOU FAKE TRACKING #'S THAT REVEAL NOTHING AND TELL YOU TO BE PATIENT. THERE ARE SCORES OF PEOPLE WITH THE SAME STORY ALL OVER FACEBOOK. THEY PAY, ARE TOLD TO WAIT, MONTHS PASS AND NO PRODUCT IS RECEIVED. IN 1% OF THE CASES WHERE A PRODUCT WAS ACTUALLY SHIPPED, IT ARRIVED ENTIRELY BROKEN AND UNUSABLE WITH ZERO ABILITY TO RETURN ITEM TO ADDRESS.

I’ll start by saying that I have never written a review for anything but this situation has me so enraged that I feel it is necessary for me to send out a warning. I purchased a light fixture from Litfad. I was sent the wrong light fixture (I ordered a chrome fixture and was sent a gold fixture) I emailed Litfad and sent them the photos of the light fixture and labels on the box that they requested. It took several emails to convince them that I was sent the wrong light fixture. They even responded, “we sent you the right item” after I sent pictures of the gold one and my receipt from them that had a picture of the chrome one and the word “chrome” in the description. I requested that the correct item be sent to me and that a return label be sent so that I could send them back the gold light fixture. They agreed to send the correct item after I returned the incorrect item at my expense….to China! I contacted Paypal to file a dispute. The decision Paypal came to was that I needed to return the item (the one I did not order) at my expense in order for the seller (Litfad) to refund my money. I looked into several shipping options and with each of them it would cost me more to ship the item back to China than it cost me to purchase it. How can this be? I bought a light fixture – was sent the wrong light fixture – must return the wrong light fixture, at me expense, in order for them to return my money. Litfad is a scam! They can send any old item and know that they won’t have to refund and money. Do not buy from Litfad and beware of Paypal’s purchase protection for buyers.

Horrible company. Shipped a broken light and will not replace or refund unless I pay the $60 to send back to China. Ridiculous

This company is a Scam. First the order stated the fixture was in stock and had shipped. The fixture had never shipped. The fixture took 6 weeks to receive. Once I received the fixture The Light fixture was broken and there is no one to speak to regarding this matter. The email is an automatic response stating the same thing every time you email them and also the chat on line is an automatic response. The company has no customer service what so ever. I have also turn the company opinions the Better Business Bureau.
The company does not have a phone number.I Spent $367.00 and no refund.

I ordered two different lamps. The first lamp I ordered, I got my money back because it was out of stock, which I had to fight with them to get because they keep of changing their story of it was shipped out or out of stock. Then I had to fight saying I wanted a refund and not to choose another item.

The other item I received a whole month after they say I would I get it by. It was broken. It was say its a lamp but it is not a lamp, its a keychain glued on a dollar tree quality light up stand that doesn't even work. They would not give me a refund for it, when they say they offer a 14 day dead on arrival policy. They said I had to send it in if I want a refund but I have to pay shipping and it would cost to much. It says on there page, they might ask to send it make if it has high value it what I ordered was $10.81. Once, I received it switch on the bottom is broken. There decoration part on top of it is a unicorn but it end up as a unicorn key chain that they hot glues it on. The light blub part had things in it that moves around when it not supposed to.

I received light fixtures from this company and the order # is ******! The fixtures were not glass and simply did not like them! They were cheap and came with no instructions! They will not send a return label for the items! The cost of items is $170.23

I ordered a ceiling light fixture online from Litfad.com for $275 (cheapest of other online retailers) On June 8. Their website said orders ship within 2-4 days. Waited 3 weeks and the order never changed out of “processing” status. Contacted Litfad by phone and email several times and they said it would ship the next day. It never shipped. On July 5 I received an email stating the item I ordered was no longer available, but they could send me a cheap inferior knock off instead. I said no thank you, please refund my money immediately. No response back and no refund back. I contacted PayPal to open a dispute since I used them to pay for the order. Litfad emailed me yesterday saying they could offer me a 5% discount on the same cheap knock off that I said I didn’t want. Again, I responded by requesting an immediate refund. No response again and still no refund. What I should have done was google them. Dozens of Buyers with the same story. They are a SCAM!

I ordered two ceiling lights from a company that promised 2-4 business day processing. I didn't pay attention to where the items were shipping from, but shipping in US was free so I wasn't concerned. It's now been a month and I haven't received anything. I've reached out to them multiple times, they give me fake tracking numbers that show nothing. They refuse to cancel my order/refund me.
