Placed online order. Tracking number provided after 3 weeks was an unknown number in the USPS system. I contacted Lilywish via email and suddenly the tracking number was a good one and was advised item delivery date, which was almost a month after order placed. Day before expected delivery I received notification from USPS that parcel was shipped using counterfeit postage and would be returned to Lilywish. Emailed Lilywish requesting refund as there is no address or phone number on website but received no response.

The web site had no size description. 5 business days went by with no contact from them, about shipping or etc.

When I sent an email questioning, a different company replied, Emblem Botique, I think to confuse me, both companies are listed on internet as “considered scams.”

When I called my CC company, they had charged me and sent me no merchandise or emailed anything to me. filed a dispute with the CC company.

I purchased clothing from an online company lilywish, received notification that the clothing had a label printed by usps, but USPS never received the items to ship. Contacted seller requesting a full refund and received an email on 6/12/26 stating they had already been dispatched. I have still not received the items.

Advertising clothes. Got an item but not what I paid for! Item too small and not what I paid for. Contacted Lilywish after several days and a couple of emails they finally responded, they want to give me a credit or I would have to pay for shipping to send it back, but mind you they have not given an address or PO Box to return it!! Mind you their mistake but I have to pay the return postage. Be careful! no info on the website (location, phone number) no place to allow for reviews.
