I purchased to pairs of leather shoes for $80. They arrived from China 3 weeks later. They are the wrong size and are not leather. Heels are hollow plastic and strap edges are unfinished. I have emailed them 4x for return form with no response. There is no contact phone number. I have seen terrible reviews now that I have researched further. So sad to lose $80 that I need for other things.

This company purports to be in New York. High quality items advertised. Ordered 2 pairs of leather women's shoes. Once item was ordered, shipping took almost 3 weeks and tracking showed item was being shipped from China. Items received are very poor quality, appear to be plastic, and were sent in the incorrect size. There are many reviews of this company on Yelp, all with the same story. There also appears to be no recourse, as return shipping cost is at the buyers expense and per the reviews posted, nobody has received a refund. Please do not order from this business.

The company has a beautiful website, Lester&Jones and the products are portrayed as quality but it took over 2 months to receive the item, shoes, that I ordered and they were junk.

They were plastic, not made of the product described and came from China. There is no contact in NY and when I finally received the product, poorly packaged and beat up, I messaged the company for a refund. I was told they would need to be shipped back to china and the cost is >$50 (more than the product itself - thus discouraging returns).

This company is not representing itself truthfully and should not be allowed to present itself in this manner, taking advantage of consumers.

Online Retailer Scam

This company website states they are located in NY but actually in China. I bought a winter jacket on their website and when they sent the tracking number I realized it was coming from China. I emailed and told them they were deceptive and to return my money because I don't buy from China. They did not reply and sent the jacket which is too small and the quality cheap and inferior to what was advertised. I now see where other customers have fallen for their scams when I research them.

Website states it is a store closing in NY due to the owner “retiring after 26 years.” This is supposedly why clothes are on sale. Website has a picture of supposed owners which is a fake photo of older models. Website states clothing is shipped “fast shipping from NY by UPS” but is shipped from China taking weeks. No phone number on website. Pictures on website are all fake, all items are sized wrong, see through, fake, missing pockets, threads coming off, very cheap items made incorrectly. The people who are behind this scam also have many OTHER websites with same style logo & pictures on the site but a different store name, so they have many fake stores online using a lie such as “retirement” or “store closing” as to why these expensive items are on sale.
