I contracted Lemont to remove and replace my in-ground pool liner. He took my deposit and then refused to answer my calls, emails, and texts. He even refused to show up at mediation with the Construction Contractors Board. Four months later, he has my $5,500 and I was forced to hire another contractor to complete the work, which was an additional expense.
