This is not a legitimate company. The person for intake- named Sarah Ford according to the card sent in- took personal vehicle information and then hung up after getting angry when I refused to continue to give in information after recognizing that the way my intake was being handled was abrasive and odd. Before hanging up on me, Sarah said ‘cool’. I called back in twice and Sarah hung up again- twice, but not after speaking over me to tell me she could not remove my data when I asked for my personal information to be removed because I do not consent to my information being used. Also, a huge warning flag that I missed in my attempt to get ‘expert’ assistance- this is completely online, with no information about the company and no pathways to speak to anyone else but their one intake specialist.

Don’t be naive like me. Stay safe.
