I purchased a dress from Leely.com but the dress would not arrive in time so I attempted to cancel it and they continually sent emails telling me I was not allowed a refund because it had passed 120 hours since the purchase which was not true then they said they could only refund my shipping charges they kept on telling me to cancel the product I did within the 72-120 hour window to receive a partial refund and they still have not responded and I'm out $225.00

I purchased an item and also purchased insurance the company said it was delivered it shows that it was delivered to the lobby in the building not to my door so someone took the package, that building has 7 floors and 5 apartments on each floor people go in and out all day, I live on the third floor it was not put in front of my door because I have a ring doorbell I would have seen it. Now I’m asking for a refund and you can’t contact no body or there’s no address on their web sight or no phone number only an email address that they are not responding to. In the beginning they asked for proof and I sent the pictures that that company sent me who delivered the package showing they left the package on the lobby floor not the third floor where I live, so someone must of took it when I got home.
