I'm glad I research before I send them money.
I also just got my LL C. I guess we nee to be careful when it comes to money.

I received same letter asking for $125. Not giving them single penny

Received same letter with LCPSS 1809 S Street ste 101-215, Sacramento Ca 95811
requesting I send in $125.00 for labor law poster. I don't even have any employees!
Researched through Goggle and saw same scam going on with other new LLC's
Also instead of a return address to Sacramento, return postage paid envelope was to CPS P.O. Box 100369, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33310-9972
Company seems to be preying on State Public Information

Got a letter in the mail after setting up my single-member LLC about 2 months ago. I was shocked that a Labor Low poster was going to cost $125.00. So I did some research on the entity and address. Barely any web results and the address is a mailbox at a post office. Very scammy, I'm glad I did my research and found others who went through the same thing.

Received the same letter from LCPSS one month after creating my LLC.
This is a scam: https://www.govdocs.com/employers-beware-labor-law-poster-vendor-scams.

Send the letter back to them with a big "[censored] You" on their letter. They pay for postage. I have loaded the enveloppe with junk mail to make is heavier :)

I just did and it feels good. Payback for the time wasted researching this and posting here for all to see.

Received their letter from the mail, telling me that this is required by Federal Law to pay them for a all-in-one labor law poster for $125. The corner right of document states that "Failure to comply...fines up to $7,000", this was bogus to me so I looked up LCPSS on the web, with no such "agency" information and street address belongs to some Legislation which is Government. The letter stated LCPSS is a "non-government publisher", whatever that means. Small print asks me if I'm not 100% satisfied with this product, I'll be refunded. Well, if you're going to scam me into claiming this is required by federal law to purchase a poster from you, even though you're non government why should I pay you? Sue me bro!
Folks-do not buy into this scam!

Received a letter in the mail from LCPSS at 1809 S Street Ste 101-215 Sacramento CA 95811. The letter says I owe $125 and I need to respond by 10/6/2020 or I can be fined up to $7000. Seemed odd so I did some searching and came across this website where other people are sharing the same thing. Thank you everyone!

I received a letter from LCPSS telling me to pay $125 or get fined $7,000. There was no website or phone number just the return address of 1809 S Street STE 101-215 Sacramento CA 95811. They state that is a "Non-Government Agency". Seems suspicious so i ignored it.
