Didn't answer so they left a message to call back because the address on file was incorrect and they sent a subpoena but it was sent back for incorrect address. Gave me a case number and was told to call back and ask for Sophia Johnson! There is no reason that I would be subpoenaed for anything for one. Then they called my son and he did speak with them and said they knew he was my son and that they were trying to make sure that I didn't miss my court date. You also cannot be in trouble for missing a court date that you never got a subpoena to so just because they tried to deliver and it was returned that means that it was not delivered and they have to keep trying to reach that person to deliver it. This is definitely a scam!
