The company said I owed a total visa bill in the amount of $1,200. Once I asked some informative questions they refused to verify how they obtained the dept the man on the phone became irate and screaming at me. They referred to me as being slow and [censored]ed they also said I refused to pay a supposed dept I have. They threated a law suit and criminal charges if I dont pay $1,200 immediately on a credit card with an originally balance of $300. I called several times requesting to speak with a supervisor very calmly and they continue to yell at me and call me slow and [censored]ed after mutilple attempts of comply
