I placed an order for a dress and the dress never arrived. I emailed them multiple times and noticed they were charging my account 30 dollars a month. I asked them to cancel the subscription they said I apparently agreed too which I had no idea of and they refused to cancel the subscription and my order.

When you purchase anything from this website, it sneakily signs you up for an automatic $30/month “VIP” subscription. I realized this quickly and emailed them to cancel my subscription and initial order. Although my item hadn’t even shipped yet, they said it was too late to cancel the subscription for the following month because “I had already used the benefits”? Though that was frustrating, I just wanted to be done with it, so I made sure my subscription was canceled for the following months. They confirmed several times I would not be charged again. I just found out they have been charging me $30 every month since, so clearly they lied to me.

This website is used for women’s clothing and accessories. The website fails to tell consumers once a purchase is made it turns into a monthly subscription. I’ve tried multiple times to block that website from attempting anymore transactions and I’ve emailed them to stop the “membership” to which they confirmed twice via email that they would stop taking money out of my account. I changed my debit card and yet they still are somehow taking money or attempting to take money out.

The website makes it look as if they sell these high-end, good-quality, luxury dresses. These are beyond poor quality. I could get clothes from the store $5 Below and the quality is 100xs better. This is not an exaggeration. Also, I never received a confirmation email nor receipt of my purchase. I received a random email for a package I was receiving overseas, apparently, that was my dresses. That explains why it took 3 weeks to receive my order. Regardless, they told me they do not refund clearance. I can't imagine paying the full price of these several hundred dollar dresses and receiving a dress that is worth a mere $1. I ended up throwing away the clothes.

Purchased a dress through lavish ivy and never received the product, they then proceeded to use my saved card info to charge me for their “vip” program. I attempted to contact them via email 3 times and never heard anything back. Using the ScamPulse.com to warn others to not use Lavish Ivy and to not get scammed like I had.

Ordered an item online from the website which was set up with newsletter, discount sign ups and reviews. Received an order number after purchase that stated it was processing for the next few weeks everytime I checked. I then proceeded to email the support team to check on the status of the delivery date. With no response I started to see they were constantly charging my card and stealing money with no sale of a product. they used the card number I placed for the orginal purchase to continue to make purchases without my consent.
