They are definitely a scam. I also ordered from them back in May and they told me due to covid 19 your package may be delayed. I contacted their “customer service” when they said the watch is coming from Germany. I waited and waited. Contacted them again, they said they will send me two watches because of the shipping delay. Not only did I not receive what was shown online, it was one. One non working, dummy device. I immediately told them that they’re a scam and they should be ashamed of themselves. Reached out to my bank and they issued a refund no problem, since Kruven didn’t want to. Why are they still in business?!

Told me for two months my item was on it's way, offered to send a repacement provided I did not process the chargeback I threatened, eventually sent me a different and defective item that I did not order. Then tried to tell me it was just their latest technology when they did not even manufacture it
