My mothers checking account is being debited monthly despite request for cancellation. She has no recollection of authorizing as she would not give out her checking act number over the phone. They continue to tell you they will extend the service because you have shopping rewards that can be used & to call later to

cancel. Also have same issue with Secured ID company in St Petersburg FL 800-244-0364 & Simple Magazine 800-219-5410
