I ordered a couple of Christmas gifts from As Seen on TV on November 30, 2020. My card was charged. After a couple weeks of waiting, I contacted the company via email. They said the had been “out of stock” on my items, but that they would mail them out in the next day or two. Another two weeks go by without my products. I contact them again to ask where my items are and state that I am annoyed because theses were Christmas gifts and at this point I’m told “we don’t have your product. A refund has been issued.” They had no problem charging my card and didn’t bother to say they were out of stock when I ordered. They didn’t reach out to let me know, I had to prompt them for information. I was super excited to find exactly what I was looking for and supposedly in stock according to their website AND the fact that they took my money. I’m still waiting for that refund. BUYER BEWARE!

Type of a scam Investment

I received the following below. They asked for samples to be sent next day air and then asked for $24,900 cash to be wired to them. Kevin Harrington has never heard of them. Search of Broward county court records show a lawsuit filing # 272227819 dated 5/13/15 by Pam Bondi is exactly the scam they presented to us. We also found report on rip-off web site.
