I saw an ad from them on my Mahjong game and clicked on it. It looked legitimate and I spoke with a customer service person . I asked many questions to be sure this was a one time order of 4 bottles of KetoGT plus 1 of Detox. A month later I saw a charge of $199.98 on my credit card bill from them. I called and spoke with Odel who stated that this was a subscription for a monthly supply. I told her that at no time was I told on my original contact where I placed the order that it was a subscription. In fact, I had ask if there were any other charges and that person has said no. I told Odel I would not have ordered it if I had known. After all, why would I want to order a subscription when I had not even see if it would work, and I definitely would not order with an initial supply of 4 months. She "authorized" a refund of $100 back to my credit card and said that because the order was on it's way, I would have to return it when I received it (I could not just refuse the shipment) and that she would email me a return label which must be attached to the return. She would then credit me back the $99.98. In the meantime I had to pay the post office $10.30 to return the package to them.

Today, a charge of $99.98 was on my credit card. I called and Con answered the phone. She said she could only refund me $49 because they charge a restocking fee. I told her it was unacceptable that I should have to pay for their mistake and asked to speak with a manager. She said she had no body higher than her. I asked for a phone number to the president of the company and was told they do not give out that info. But then she finally offered to send the other $50.99 to my card. I have verification of both of todays refunds. In the meantime I am still out the $10.30 that I had to pay to something I never wanted or ordered in the first place.

I will never do business with this fraudulent company ever again!

A legitimate company would never do business like this. They would be upfront and transparent in their dealings.

saw online ad and accidentally clicked on it while trying to close it - it's Keto Pill "Seen on Shark Tank" scam. I read through it and clicked through to see how much per bottle they were charging. My google wallet auto pop'd a credit card and I cancelled out - said card not approved / declined - I did not want the product - I was cancelling out - figured good, it was declined and I was trying to cancel anyway - so I figured all was well.

Today 5 bottles showed up in my mail!!! and I checked my credit card and was charged $199.99!!!

I was going to just refuse delivery however there was nothing on the packaging offering me any contact info so I opened the box and found the address / phone number. I called and explained that I was trying to cancel out, I didn't want the product and they offered me 50% off. I said no I didn't want it I never intentionally placed the order I was trying to back out and then they offered a return with a $10/bottle restocking fee ($50) I said, so you want me to pay $50 for a product I never intended to order? She placed me on hold, refunded half the money gave me the address to send the package for return and said the other half would be refunded after they received it. But I have to pay shipping.

I received a package that I did not recognize and upon opening it found 3 bottles of “Keto GT extra strength advanced weight loss” supplements. Knowing full and well I NEVER placed an order for this, I checked my credit card statement and saw not one but two charges from this company for $159.99; there was also a charge for $50.00 for McAfee but I’m not sure if that’s related to Keto GT Research. Thankfully my bank canceled the card and is going to refund me for these charges. Shame on this company and the people behind it for scamming what I’m sure are hundreds or more of Americans (or maybe this is international?)

I was browsing online and saw an add for Keto pills to help me lose weight. Thought I would give them a try. It was such a good deal, I thought.The add said purchase 3 bottles for $39.97 and get 3 free. When the first box came inside were 5 bottles. When I checked my bank account there was 1 charge for $199.99 and another for $299.99. The charges were from 2 different companies from 2 different states with 2 different phone numbers but they both came from Nevada. I have been on the the phone many time without any remedy. They both say I have to wait 60 60 90 days to file a claim. I cannot afford this. I am on a fixed income. $499.88 is a lot of money for me. No one will help me.
